Castro invites prominent chefs of Valle de Guadalupe, Baja California, Mexico,  Javier Plascencia, Ryan Steyn, Drew Deckman, Karla Navarro, Giannina Galvadon, Bianca Castro, Monica Palafox and Hugo D’Acosta among others to pose in a series of photographs creating a gratifyingly tense dialogue about human nature.
